Whew! What a powerful shift of energy that occurred yesterday with the Moon and Sun sitting opposite one another. From years of observation, when Scorpio comes on the scene, there's always a powerful energy shift. The Full Moon in Taurus, carries a message of understanding what is really valuable, harmonious, peaceful, and loving.
Scorpio is the sign that requires a clearing away of the layers of toxic feelings, beliefs, attitudes and behaviors. With this Full Moon, the lunar light helps us to see the falseness of the inner subconscious programs which dictate a steady stream of deadening life experiences.
The gifts from Scorpio require each of us to do the inner soul work to become emotionally, psychologically and spiritually whole. Scorpio is about excavating to find the most powerful, creative, and wise and magnificent self.
Yesterday was no exception, Sun in Scorpio rolled in with the announcement. "Whatever has no real meaning, soul, and life value, will be exposed to the light and will be disintegrated".
Here's a brief example of how Scorpio operates. Yesterday, a Scorpio Sun sign friend related this incident. A neighbor that she hasn't known for long shared some classic Scorpio themes. My friend was made privvy to some deep secrets. The neighbor told of being involved in schemes about hidden money from dubious sources such as drug dealing and violent criminal behavior. Eventually the person would be incarcerated. This is also a 12th house, Pisces theme, "confinement" situations..
It appears now, the neighbor, has re-evaluated and re-valued his life. He's now revealing the other side of Scorpio, of death, dying to the old life, and being transformed. The person with the secrets has been able to turn his life around by doing productive service kind of work, and apparently also has found some peace of mind by sharing his story.
So we have retrograde Venus in Scorpio reinforcing, and asking all of us to be open to the emotional, psychic, wise and soul connection of reclaiming inner wholeness. Everyone has a treasure chest of inner beauty, value and magnificent worth. Claiming this treasure is the key.
Scorpio represents the cycle of death, transformation and rebirth. From the depths of inner wisdom and healing, we each have the ability to experience renewed inner worth joyfulness, radiant health, creative expression, abundance, and soul purpose.
When we put Venus with Scorpio, we come face to face with learning to embrace our vulnerabilities, through loving emotional connections with self and others. On a deeper level, every person desires emotional wholeness, authentic closeness, and intimacy.
Are these attributes easy to realize? Only when we seek to trust the deepest, wisest and most soul-filled parts of self.
To be continued in Part Three.
