Calculate Your Cycles
I also recommend using this date calculator to help you find the exact start and end dates of your cycles. Begin by putting in your birthdate and the year you want to track. Then enter the number 52 in the days box at the end of the line.
Hit the "calculate new date" button and scroll down the page to see when your first cycle ends. In this example we use the birthdate of June 12th for the year 2017. Keep in mind that this person was born in 1970, but we are wanting to find the cycles for 2017.
So in this example, the person's birthdate is June 12th and their first cycle in 2017 will run from June 12th to August 3rd. Exactly 52 days. To find the second cycle, we will input the end date of the first cycle (August 2, 2017) and add 52 days.
This person's second cycle will happen from August 3rd to September 24th in 2017. You get the pattern here, right? Every 52 days you will enter a new cycle.
