Here we are with our Moon in the sign of earthy and steady Taurus. I have been listening closely and what I’ve been observing is that a number of other signs have been talking, especially about their feelings. What’s it all about?
This Moon in Taurus is very interesting because She is being prodded by her opposite sign of Scorpio, which is also visiting other planetary positions. This Full Moon is about re-energizing our lives by re-grounding our energies with purpose. Actually, what I’m sensing is an energy of finishing up and concluding things which have been in process during this year.
With this Taurus Moon and Sun in Scorpio, it appears that the essential question is “what am I feeling, and what can I do in a practical way to make changes?” For example, I have a project that needs my full attention. During much of October, including the New Moon in Libra lunar cycle, I kind of floated along, and my rode my “air cloud”.
In retrospect, I can see that “cloud riding” is sometimes needed. Now that I’m sitting in this Full Moon, with the tensions of the Sun and Moon opposing one another, I am keenly aware of an internal pressure urging me to use this energy, to bring my waiting project into form. In Scorpio fashion, it's looking me straight in the eye. with a "get it done now" attitude. Besides being on the clock to get things together (the practical Taurus considerations, I’m also feeling the intense emotional push of Scorpio).
The Scorpio energy feels like a river that is moving on to the ocean, and nothing can stop its movement and momentum toward that oceanic merging.
So, I would encourage you to take one thing that has been sitting on your shelf, and give it some real time. Full Moons are the “full on power times”. Each one of us is like a battery that is charged to full capacity. This is the “golden glow of opportunity” to manifest something that you truly desire.
